In June 2026, the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), India's National Public Procurement Portal under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, signed an MoU with Common Service Centre e-Governance Services India Limited (CSC-SPV) to improve government procurement access in rural and underserved areas. The MoU was signed by Ajit B. Chavan (Additional CEO, GeM) and Subodh Mishra (SVP, CSC-SPV).
