ISRO ने 7 जुलाई 2026 को Aerial Delivery Research and Development Establishment (ADRDE) drop zone, Sheopur, Madhya Pradesh में Gaganyaan Mission के लिए 5वाँ Integrated Main Parachute Airdrop Test (IMAT-05) successfully conduct किया। यह Sub-Orbital Launch Vehicle for Experiments (SOLVE) platform का उपयोग करके किया गया। SOLVE PSLV strap-on motor पर आधारित है। Test का उद्देश्य Crew Module के deceleration system, parachute deployment और safe recovery को validate करना था। Gaganyaan India का पहला crewed space mission है जो भारतीय astronauts (Gaganyaatris) को 400 km orbit में भेजेगा।
