IBPS will release the notification for Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs-XV) in August-September 2026, for Officer Scale I (PO), Officer Scale II & III, and Office Assistant (Multipurpose/Clerk) posts across Regional Rural Banks. CORRECTED from an earlier estimate: the notification is NOT expected in late June/early July 2026 - per the official IBPS Exam Calendar 2026-27 (released 16 January 2026), Officer Scale I Prelims are scheduled for 21-22 November 2026 and Mains for 20 December 2026, while Office Assistant (Clerk) Prelims are scheduled for 6, 12 and 13 December 2026. Total vacancies have NOT been officially announced (To Be Notified); for reference, the previous cycle (CRP RRBs-XIV, FY2025-26) had 13,316 total vacancies across all posts, including 3,928 for Officer Scale I. Application fee is Rs 850 (General/OBC/EWS) or Rs 175 (SC/ST/PwBD). Eligible candidates need a Bachelor's degree in any discipline; age requirements vary by post (broadly 18-30 for Office Assistant and Officer Scale I, higher for Scale II/III which also require work experience). Note: this is a SEPARATE recruitment from IBPS PO (CRP PO/MT-XVI, for public sector banks), whose notification was already released on 30 June/1 July 2026 - do not confuse the two.
