Step 1: Register on NATS or NAPS
Technician and Trade (HR/Accountant) candidates register on nats.education.gov.in; DEO candidates on apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Apply against the IOCL opportunity for your region using its Establishment ID.
Step 2: Complete the IndianOil Pipelines form
On the IndianOil Pipelines portal, do Part-I registration with the same email and mobile, then Part-II with your NATS/NAPS enrolment number, education details, photo (20–50 KB) and signature (10–30 KB).
Step 3: Wait for the merit list
Merit is on qualifying-exam marks; shortlisted candidates are called for document verification and medical check.
