अतिथि शिक्षक आमंत्रण हेतु कार्यवाही सत्र 2026-27 - प्रथम चरण (अकादमिक/शैक्षणिक पद) - GFMS पोर्टल एवं एजुकेशन पोर्टल 3.0
The Directorate of Public Instruction (DPI), Madhya Pradesh has issued the Phase-1 timetable (referenced as DPI Letter No. 652, dated 30-06-2026) for inviting Guest Teachers (Atithi Shikshak) against vacant academic posts in government schools for session 2026-27. The process is fully online via Education Portal 3.0 and the GFMS Portal. School Incharges certify Long Term vacancies and display them on GFMS (1-6 July 2026); Sankul Principals raise Short Term vacancy requests (academic posts only, from 1 July 2026) which District Education Officers verify (from 1 July 2026). Guest teachers who worked in 2025-26 with 90%+ attendance and received regular honorarium for Feb-April 2026 can submit rejoining requests (1-6 July 2026), with a second merit-order window (7-8 July 2026) if a higher-scored applicant on an oversubscribed panel doesn't apply in time. School Incharges verify and record joining by 8 July 2026. An applicant can only request presence at a school under the panel their own score card belongs to. There is no application fee and no written exam; selection is score-card/merit based.
Honorarium (Mandeya) paid per period taught, not a fixed monthly salary. The exact 2026-27 rate is not stated in the available portions of this notice; historically general guest teachers have been paid around Rs 9,000/month, and as of a March 2026 cabine

Panel restriction (clause 2.5): an applicant may only request presence at a school under the exact panel for which their score card exists, not any other panel.
There is no application fee and no written examination, selection is based entirely on the applicant's score card (educational/professional qualification and prior experience) as recorded and verified on Education Portal 3.0. Guest teachers must mark daily attendance via the Hamare Shikshak app; a day without app attendance earns no honorarium for that day, and honorarium is to be disbursed by the 5th of each month.
