Projects & Development India Limited (PDIL), a Mini Ratna Category-I PSU under the Department of Fertilizers, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. HR/71/26/01 (Contract) inviting online applications for 153 Graduate Engineer and Diploma Engineer posts on a purely contractual basis. All 153 posts are contract engagements, initially for up to 1 year and extendable up to a maximum of 3 years based on performance and management decision. Selected candidates may be posted at any PDIL office (Noida, Vadodara, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad) or project site across India. Candidates need an Engineering Degree or Diploma (or relevant qualification for non-technical posts) with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST), plus 2 to 11 years of post-qualification experience depending on the scale. The maximum age ranges from 32 years (Graduate Engineer Scale 1) to 43 years (Diploma Engineer Scale 3), varying by scale — candidates should check the exact limit for their target scale. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration between Rs 31,000 (Diploma Engineer Scale 1) and Rs 71,000 (Graduate Engineer Scale 4), inclusive of HRA, medical, conveyance and mobile allowances, with a 3% annual increment, PF/gratuity as per labour codes, and additional site/North-East allowances where applicable.
