- PDIL contract engineers are not on the 7th CPC government pay scale — the consolidated pay is the full fixed take-home amount, inclusive of HRA, medical, conveyance and mobile allowances.
- PDIL reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month's notice, or extend it at the sole discretion of Management.
Who should apply?
This drive suits practising engineers with relevant experience in design, construction, or project roles for chemical, oil & gas, power, or refinery projects — not freshers, since every scale requires 2 to 11 years of post-qualification experience.
