Punjab & Sind Bank, a public sector bank under the Government of India (Ministry of Finance), has released 635 Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act 1961 across its branches in Delhi and various states.
Bank Apprentices undergo on-the-job training at bank branches for 1 year while receiving a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. After completing the apprenticeship, candidates receive a completion certificate which is highly valued for future PSB recruitment (IBPS, SBI, etc.).
This is not a permanent job, but bank apprenticeship experience significantly improves your chances in competitive banking exams and direct bank recruitments. Many banks prefer apprentice-trained candidates.
