The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER/RBSE) conducts the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) which is the mandatory eligibility test for teaching posts in Rajasthan government schools. REET is conducted in two levels — Level 1 for primary teachers (Class 1–5) and Level 2 for upper primary teachers (Class 6–8). Clearing REET gives a certificate valid for 3 years, which is required before applying for Grade III Teacher posts under RSMSSB. BSER also conducts Class 10 (Secondary) and Class 12 (Senior Secondary) board examinations for Rajasthan.
