📝 Description / विवरण

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released admit cards on 18 April 2025 for the Tier‑2 Skill Test of the recruitment process for the post of Assistant Secretary (Skill Education), shortly after the Tier‑1 objective exam completed in April. The admit card includes details of the skill test centre, date, reporting time, and candidate instructions. Candidates must download and carry the admit card to the test centre; no separate admit card will be provided later.

As per official notice on the CBSE recruitment portal, there are 64 vacancies for the post. The skill test is scheduled for 5 July 2025 in Delhi. Only those who cleared both Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 exams are eligible to sit the test.

✅ Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया

Skill Test & Further Selection Steps:

  1. Download Admit Card: Visit cbse.gov.in → Recruitment section → click on 'Download Skill Test Admit Card', login with credentials.
  2. Attend Skill Test: Test involves composing, typing skills and computer proficiency in English/Hindi as per post requirement; duration and pattern specified in admit card.
  3. Document Verification: Post skill test, successful candidates must submit original certificates (PG degree, date of birth, category, experience, etc.).
  4. Final Merit & Appointment: Final selection based on combined performance in Tier‑1, Tier‑2, and Skill Test. Selected candidates will be appointed at JMGS‑I Level‑10 pay scale.
