  • Total Vacancies: Approximately 78,500 Guest Teacher positions across primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools in Madhya Pradesh.
  • Application Process: Fully online via GFMS portal from 26 June to 3 July for profile creation and document upload; 5–12 July for document verification, final scorecards, and posting.
  • No Written Exam: Recruitment is purely merit-based, derived from verified academic credentials and experience.
  • Digital Transparency: GFMS 3.0 enables centralized registration, verification, score generation, choice-filling, and appointment functions.
  • Salary: Daily pay ranges from approximately ₹700 (primary) to ₹1,000 (higher secondary) based on qualifications and subject expertise.

✅ Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया

  1. Visit GFMS portal and register as new applicant or login if already registered.
  2. Upload educational, TET/CTET, and experience documents between 26 June and 3 July.
  3. Visit designated verification centre from 1–3 July to complete e-KYC and document validation.
  4. Wait for scorecard generation based on merit; check portal after 5 July.
  5. Participate in choice-filling for preferred school and subject allocation between 5–12 July.
  6. Final appointment letters issued; report to assigned school following onboarding instructions.
  7. Attendance, salary processing, grievance reporting, and experience certificate issuance will all be managed via GFMS mobile app and portal.
