  • Vacancies: 35 contractual project staff positions under various research & wildlife conservation projects at Wildlife Institute of India (Dehradun).
  • Posts include: Data Entry Operator, Project Associate I/II, Senior Project Associate, Technical Assistant, Project Scientist I/II, Consultant B/C, Project Manager, Office Assistant, Field Worker, Stenographer, Laboratory Assistant, Scientist‑C, Analyst.
  • Project Duration: Temporary/contractual for project period; positions will cease after project completion.
  • Application Window: Offline applications invited from 16 June to 30 June 2025.
  • Age Limit: Typically 35 years for junior roles; senior roles up to 45 years; relaxations apply per SC/ST/OBC categories.
  • Fee: ₹500 for General/Others; ₹100 for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD; payable via bank draft payable to WII.

✅ Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया

  1. Visit WII website and download Advertisement No. WII/ADVT.1/RP‑CELL/June, 2025.
  2. Prepare offline application using prescribed form; attach self‑attested education, experience, age, and category certificates.
  3. Draft application fee (if applicable) and prepare envelope superscribed with post applied.
  4. Send application by post to Nodal Officer, RRP Cell, WII Chandrabani Dehradun – 248001 by 30 June 2025 (17:00 hrs).
  5. WII may shortlist candidates for written/trade test or direct interview based on post criteria.
  6. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated via WII portal or email; selection based on merit, interview/trade test, and document verification.
  7. Selected candidates must join immediately after offer; contractual term ends upon project completion.
