National Health Mission (NHM) encompasses the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) and National Urban Health Mission (NUHM). It is a flagship government health scheme that focuses on providing accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare to the rural and urban population, especially the vulnerable groups. NHM recruits Community Health Officers (CHO), Staff Nurses, ANMs (Auxiliary Nurse Midwives), ASHAs, Lab Technicians, and other healthcare workers.
