The Rajasthan High Court, established in 1949, conducts its own recruitment examinations for various judicial and administrative posts. It recruits Rajasthan Judicial Services (RJS) officers at District Judge level, Civil Judge (Junior Division) & Judicial Magistrates, High Court Clerk, Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA), Stenographer, Translator, Reader, and other posts. Rajasthan High Court exams are highly competitive, especially the RJS which is equivalent to other state civil services exams.
